Administrative Function

  • Administrator function to input absence applications falling outside the Employee Self Service platform (e.g. absence records of Terms C staff, sabbatical leave, etc.) which have been approved by the respective supervisors.
  • Administrator function to re-assign or approve supervisee’s absence request transaction when the supervisor information is missing or under other special circumstances.
  • Administrator function to view Team Calendar.
