Review Objectives
The University’s job grades and pay structure have evolved over the years. A review is timely, to better reflect market conditions and further promote a performance-based work culture, which is also critical to talent attraction and retention.
The University launched Grading and Pay Structure (‘GPS’) Review in May 2023, with an objective of developing an optimal system for talent attraction/retention and performance management to achieve its strategic goals in a financially sustainable manner.
